Collectively, we’ve worked across New Zealand, the UK, Mexico, and the Philippines - partnering with organisations like ShelterBox, the British Heart Foundation, Macmillan Cancer Support, the Cancer Society of New Zealand, RMHC NZ, Rātā Foundation, and The Fundraising Agency.

We’ve led multimillion-dollar campaigns, developed legacy and corporate programmes, strengthened donor relationships, and supported teams to grow their fundraising confidence and capability.

Meet Emily Trevail 

Emily T has a sharp eye for strategy and a steady hand for delivery. With fundraising experience spanning four continents, she’s helped organisations refine direction, grow major giving, and build systems that set them up for long-term success.

When she's not coming up with a cunning fundraising plan, she's galivanting out in the hills or on the water in her multi-sport pursuits, or searching for the country's best ice-cream to help her refuel.

Emily M is a relationship-builder and natural organiser who brings creativity and structure to every project. With experience leading community campaigns, managing complex projects, and engaging donors, she helps teams connect with purpose and deliver results.

When she's not busy getting stuff done at a scarily fast pace for our partners, she is looking after her two gorgeous girls, dancing to country music, or dreaming up her next home DIY project.
