Meet The Emilys
We’re Emily & Emily, the duo behind Empower Fundraising. Between us, we’ve led multimillion-dollar campaigns, developed major donor and legacy programmes, been sole fundraisers, and helped fundraising teams grow in confidence and capability across Aotearoa.
From community causes and sports clubs to national and international charities, we’ve seen it all. And one thing we know for sure? Fundraising doesn’t have to feel hard.

Is Empower Fundraising right for us?
Probably! We work with organisations of all different sizes, sectors, and stages in their fundraising journey. We tailor how we work with each organisation, because we know their is no "one size fits all" in fundraising.
We still have questions, could we have a chat before we commit?
Of course. We offer a free initial consultation with no cost and no pressure. We know it is an important investment when seeking consultants or contractors, and we know it is a decision you cannot make lightly. Let's meet to see if we are the right fit first.
How much does working with you cost?
We tailor each proposal on the organisation and the piece of work. We have a sliding scale of fees, which are sometimes a fixed fee and sometimes based on an hourly rate.
Can you come and speak to our Board?
Absolutely! We have experience working with Boards, and would be happy to introduce ourselves and talk through options in person or online (depending on the area).
You're based in Christchurch, but we're not. Do you work elsewhere?
Yes, we are very happy to travel and have both worked in the past with organisations across New Zealand. We would mix traveling to work in person with working remotely with you and your team.
